You can get the “beheader” in most specialty stores. I got mine in a shop called Toque Blanche in Half Moon Bay, but I believe that Sur la Table carries them too. Rostle is a pretty common German kitchen utensil manufacturer and I’m sure they have a website. love LOVE love your latest water colors! They make my mouth water!!!! xoxox
