I think the mixologist should have put a bit more lime in her cocktail – the syrup is very sweet. They also added Chartreuse which I actually thought did NOT taste very good with this.

And it wasn’t as pretty as yours I’m afraid, but I’m still glad I got to try this concoction because I’m probably not going to find cactus fruit anywhere!
