I would say your sauce looks more like a riff on chermoula than harissa, though. (I love them both!)

Another sauce I adore is mojo (rojo, verde…) from the Canaries (not Cuba – they have mojo in Cuba too but it’s something else). Garlic, chiles, and olive oil, it’s the bomb.
