Thanks Jeorg! YES, I definately meant three parts oil to one part vinegar.
You know, my Grandmother used to share her recipes but she would always leave one ingredient out or fudge the proportions so no one would copy hers exactly…I must have been channeling her!

I always wanted a reference recipe for this classic dish, thanks! Oh and I loved the filleting fish video, always wanted to learn how to do this.
BTW, did you mean 3 parts oil vs. 1 part vinegar in the above recipe?

i absolutely ADORE sea bass. and the salad looks good too. i know this makes me weird, but can i get my salad on a seperate plate? i can’t take food touching… =0(
