I’ll dig it up. I gave up on posting metric a long time ago because I find that most Americans just won’t switch over even though it’s easier and obviously more exacting. And often requires less cleanup with only having to measure into one bowl.

Sudhakar – I’m such a bittersweet nut that I don’t even need a dollop of sweetened whip cream with this. But you know, there’s those “other” people out there… 😉

Het – After teaching my basic French technique class the one thing I heard my guests say over and over was: I just didn’t realize how easy making pie crust is. I suppose when you lug out all this equipment to make a really simple pie shell it feels like a lot of work. But somehow making it by hand is much easier. Strange, I know…. I think you’ll LOVE this recipe because I know how much you LOVE bittersweet chocolate!
